Room available in Freo townhouse in FREMANTLE, Western Australia for sale

We have a room to rent in our 3 bed house in Fremantle, walking distance to the cappucino strip & centre of town.
Sharing the house with 1 girl and 1 guy (early thirties) We work hard in the week so like to keep things pretty quiet but are often out in Freo at the weekend
The room is unfurnished so you will need your own bed but the rest of the house is fully furnished. We also have a couple of friendly cats so it would be great if you are an animal lover! :)
Room is available from Sunday 1st June and we're looking for a clean & considerate professional male/female who is available to move in ASAP.
Rent is $190 a week which includes Foxtel and Broadband internet but excludes the other bills (Water/Gas/Electricity bills, which are paid every 2/3 months)
