Room furnished, queen size bed, desk⁄table available. If you have your own stuff then we can take furniture out too. Plenty of off street parking. Some storage possible. Smoking ok outside.
Quiet, relaxed house and street, great location very close to Freo. 15 mins walk to centre. 5 mins by bike. Great spot to access river and beaches. Bus stop is just down the road.
Share with two others - easy going male professional with own business and female working fulltime. Both busy, friendly but private, happy to socialize and enjoy food etc.
Lots of different comfortable spaces to hang out. Veggie and herb garden, mulberry, lemon, locut and mandarin trees.
We are looking for a housemate who is clean, friendly, positive, respectful and tidy. Someone who is independent (ideally working or studying fulltime), but happy to be part of the household and share a meal chat etc on occasion…longer term and 25+ ideal.
No new pets sorry as we have a big old cat and its kinda his kingdom.
